WARNO: Black Birds

Overview

A Tribute-style WARNO expansion focused on divisions: eight new divisions from five new nations that were historically outside NATO and the Warsaw Pact, or only reluctantly part of one. Eugen says it has no Army General campaign or Operations. It is in development after Tropic Storm, and no date has been announced.
